UPCOMING EVENTS

2020 OYSTER ROAST!   The CACA Annual Oyster Roast is Friday, December 4, 2020!  The Oyster Roast will be held at the Isle of Palms Exchange Club (new venue), located at 201 Palm Blvd in Isle of Palms.  The Oyster Roast will be from 6:30 until 9:30pm, with LIVE MUSIC featuring The Shakin’ Martinis.  The event will feature steamed oysters, hot dogs and chili, plus an open bar.  The Oyster Roast is a long standing Annual Event for our Members, and any guests they wish to invite.  However, we are limited in our tickets this year due to the coronavirus.  Once we reach 75 ticket sales, we will begin a wait list so that if the CDC guidelines allow, we can let more people attend.  Tickets will be confirmed once the payment for tickets is received.  So if you want yours as a member, and one for guests, money needs to be "received" for both tickets in order to reserve them.   A flyer about the event is attached.

 

PRICING:    This event is only open to paid members of the Claims Association and their guests.  Tickets can only be purchased IN ADVANCE as none will be sold at the door.   Tickets prices remain $35 for members and $40 for guest of members (allowed to purchase 3 guest tickets)!    To purchase, you need to mail in your check payable to CACA for $35 or $40/per ticket. You will get an email confirmation and name put on an entry list at the door or if you are paying via VENMO, you can email your Name and number of tickets to cacaoysterroast@gmail.com.   Once we receive your email and can match it to VENMO, we will send out a confirmation.  All orders will receive a confirmation from the email address of cacaoysterroast@gmail.com.  If you do not get one, you will need to contact us.  Please begin to order tickets early! 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  The total number of tickets are limited, and on a first come first serve basis.  

DEADLINE TO PURCHASE TICKETS IS:  WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH! 

 

So if you want  1 ticket – cost = $35.00

                        2 tickets – cost = $75.00

                        3 tickets – cost = $115.00

                        4 tickets – cost = $155.00

TOYS FOR TOTS:

 

FRSTeam has been sponsoring Toys for Tots for the last 12 plus years, with the Oyster Roast being the largest toy drive they do each year.  We have collected over a thousand toys for needy families in the Charleston area, with the claims association being a large part of that and we hope continue adding to that number.  All toys should be unwrapped!  We will have boxes at the entrance to the oyster roast.  Thank you for your support to this program that brings much happiness to children across the Lowcountry year after year.
